How to Order
You may order any of our products through our website using the online shopping cart or by telephone, email, at an exhibition, or by post, if you prefer. a non refundable deposit is required on dollshouses at the time of ordering

We accept all major credit & debit cards through Paypal
We are also happy to accept Personal cheques, international money orders, postal orders.

Dollhouses (UK mainland delivery) --- a non refundable deposit of £75.00 with order, balance on delivery

Dollshouses (Rest of World) ----a non refundable deposit of £75.00 with order, balance, crating, packaging & delivery cost prior to despatch

Houses
UK mainland
All houses are delivered and set up at your specified location or can be collected either direct from us or at an exhibition.

Rest of World
All houses are carefully crated, and despatched by our nominated reputable courier We do not insure the item Insuring against damage or loss is the responsibility of the customer.

Accessories
All accessories are despatched next day if in stock or within 10 days if the item is out of stockor is made especially (unless we notify you otherwise) or can be collected either direct from us or at an exhibition

Price & Payment
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order plus any charges for carriage and insurance

Shipping and Handling
Please allow up to seven days for delivery unless we indicate otherwise, before contacting us. Europe and the rest of the world please allow between 7-14 days for delivery.
Any shortfalls or defect should be notified to us in writing by post or E-mail .sue@saalt.com within 7 days of receipt

International orders
International customers are responsible for any local taxes of duties levied locally for imports and the legality of their imports. Any goods returned by customs and excise will result in all shipping costs incurred by us to be deducted from refunds.

Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes)

Returns & Cancellation
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order form. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

Design and Reproduction
Drawings, photographs, part numbers, layout and style are considered property. Reproduction in whole, or in part, strictly prohibited without written permission. Quantities and measurements are approximate. Trademarks acknowledged. Exact products may vary from that shown. All products subject to availability.
